We are currently seeking 3 strategy consultants to join a 6-month project to help inform a development partner’s financial sector strategy.
Deadline to apply: November 19, 2021
This project will be analyzing the potential for digital marketplaces (for gig work/labor, for platform sales/e-commerce, and for digital agriculture) to improve the usage of digital financial services among the workers and small enterprises on those platforms.
Strategy Consultants on this project will lead research in one country (Indonesia, India or Kenya). This will include desk research and synthesis, quantitative analysis, development of targeted interview guides, and interviews with stakeholders. Consultants will develop insights based on their findings from the research, and will play a key role in developing conclusions working in close collaboration with project leads. Consultants will also support a white paper that will be written collaboratively by the project team. Consultants are expected to work near full-time, from November - April, and will be issued contracts for 70-80 days at a competitive daily rate. Consultants can (and should!) take time off for holidays / vacation, but also ensure project deadlines will be met.
Your application should include a resume and cover letter. In your cover letter, please address the following:
